The creative muvo TX SC is an excellent mp3 player, much better quality and more sturdy than the poncey ipod range. Rush out and buy one today at that unbelievable bargain. I've got the next model up from the one you mentioned, and now I'm sick as a parrot considering the 'muvo TX SC' is NOW half price.

Creative is a good brand, but I'd be very wary of something that's slashed so far in price - It's probably being sold off cheaply for a good reason. It's probably better to spend a bit more but get something of superior quality.
Check out Kelkoo - they've got one for £60...

Think about and write a list of what you want your MP3 player to do and which formats you're most likely to be using (MP3, WMA, ATRAC etc), then buy accordingly. Something that fits your exact needs and is a bit more expensive will be much more satisfactory and useful than something you bought becasue it was half-price!
Bear in mind that the flash drive ones are a lot more expensive than the hard disc MP3 players, but are a lot more resilient, last longer and are far smaller. This might be partly why this one's cheaper - hard disc.
I thought long and hard before buying mine and I still think it's great. It's a Sony NW-E407, about the size of your thumb so very neat, survived being dropped 5' onto concrete , holds 1Gig (they come larger now too) and plays back for up to 50 hours. About £100 but so worth it!

I can't find that one on creative website, so i dont know wat it is. But was i do know is it's very old, so probably not a good mp3 player. Dont think it's cheap, you can get the newer mp3 players in a even cheaper price.
