Of course not. (I'm not defending rotten answers by any means, but once in a while there can be the question that kind of invites such a crummy answer.)
I've seen some really rotten answers, though, and some of them are just uncalled for and written by idiots. All anyone can do is ignore them. On a site like this they're going to happen.
