Why is “socially forbidden” to use words that are describing procreation, sex, parts of our bodies (genitals and breasts), or words used to describe disposal of bodily waste…
(Going to latrine)
Kids will learn those “bad words” from their friends, anyway!

Is it because parents are uncomfortable with explaining procreation to their kids?
Kids will learn that, too, from their friends.

So, what’s the point?????????

Words don not have any meaning unless we interpret them; therefore, words are do not have a moral meaning unless there is interpretation. About the children, yes, they will learn even the "bad words" because they are thinking beings.

In fact these words have squeaky clean counterparts, basically clean counterparts, questionable counterparts, dirty counterparts and filthy counterparts.

I think the point would be to use a word appropriate for the occasion you find yourself in. You wouldn't use the words chow, vittles, grub, mess, etc to describe the product of a fine chef's kitchen. Same principle applies. You wouldn't dig deep for the filthiest word you could find to describe bodily waste with a kid around.

Common courtesy.

Why would it ever be neccessary for an intelligent human being to use "bad words" in order to express themselves. The use of "bad words" is dehumanizing, indicative of immaturity and poor moral charcter, and a sign of ignorance.

In their rebellious adolescence, children are drawn to rappers, movie stars, and use "bad words" because it appears to be anti-establishment and some how tough and modern. As they mature, if their parents have the decency and courage to discourage it, they realize how disrespectful it is to people who have not earned their disrespect. They realize that it takes more strength to not use "bad words" when others around them are.

Bluntly, trash doesn't know it's trash. It tells its members that everyone is just like them and does the same things and talks the same way that they do. Trash would have us all be trash. When trash says that all the kids use "bad words" these days, tell them that their's do because they do and allow it. Say, "mine doesn't. He/she is strong enough to set an example of how decent people are supposed to act."

Words are just descriptions of thought. It is important in communications. We forgot that the intention or the essence of the word is in the mind of the speaker. That is why there is a saying, "read between the lines". I can say some bad words but my intention is not bad or I can say good words but my intention is bad. Now it becomes a standard in our society not to use classified bad words. Maybe we don't have the time to read between the lines or we are stupid enough and judge somebody who are saying bad words as bad. What a stupid mind! lol

People believe that by avoiding what they find uncomfortable they can some how make it disappear. Just because it has never worked doesn't mean we will stop trying anytime soon.
