Are you asking where to get these forms? www.irs.gov
Upper left hand corner list all government forms that are down-loadable.
Or do you want to know what each form is for?
The Form 56 is a notice concerning fiduciary relationship.
A W9 is a request for a taxpayers identification number (TIN)
A 1041 is US Income tax return for estates and trust
A 1065 is for capital gains and losses
And a SS 4 form is an application for an employer identification number (EIN) If you are starting a business you will need an EIN.

I know about them.
An SS-4 is the form you file to get an employer ID number
A W-9 is the form you submit when you are working as a subcontractor and they are giving you a 1099. Also for other reasons, like if you are selling products to a govt. agency.
A 1041 is a fiduciary income tax return filed by estates and trusts.
A 1065 is a partnership tax return filed by partnerships.
A Form 56 is an notice concerning fiduciary relationship

I have to file 1041 every year. I think that's an individual tax file. I just let my tax person do all the work =) But if you need more I think you can go on irs.gov

Yes, I know about those tax forms. Without a specific question, however, I don't know how to help you.
