i just would like to know the total or maximum number if calories i should have need to eat differently, i what i need to eat just i need to know how many calories i should have daily, for my height and weight.

The average person burns 1200 calories a day, just performing normal activities of living. If you try to eat less than that, your body will panic and try to store up more fat, so eat at least 1200.
