theodore roosevelt become the youngest to become president, jfk the youngest elected. ronald reagan become the oldest to win an election at seventy 3 (his 2d term), yet mccain may be the oldest to win a conventional term. yet another interesting question may be, if obama is the dem nominee, could this be the biggest distinction afterward between nominees?

Good point however the repub's on here will point out that Ronald Reagan was in his 70's when he was president. It also give you the excuse I don't recall in congressional inquiries due to Alzheimer's disease.

his mental capacity is what counts.my only problem is that he seems to be too obsessed with the presidential run.kissing up to Jerry Falwell and defending the bush administration tells me he has compromised on his principles
