Taking their picture makes you the paparazzi, you need to pick up a tabloid paper (like US Weekly, The National Enquirer, etc., etc.) and find their add/location to send photos too. There could be a number to call them also and ask about it.

The Enquirer and The Star have numbers in their magazine that you can call or try their home pages. They will pay you for good photos. Sometime up to $1500 or more if it is really juicy. Good luck.

Don't sell it to the paparazzi, sell it directly to a magazine or newspaper.

Unless they're doing something outragous, or with someone they shouldnt be with, or its a particularly fantasic photo, don't bother. Ask yourself the question "will this make people buy a magazine?" if the photo isn't special in some way, you're wasting your time.

Look at myspace, tons of people have celebrity pics with them.

sell it to some magazine (mo' $$$$) go to some magazine's website, like People, or Cosmopolitan and get a contact address...
