On average, yes. From the genes point of view, it is just as good a strategy to be in a male as a female.

Absolutely NOT! Because no matter how equal men want to be, we still have to compete for the attention of the women. If a woman wants attention, she just has to indicate interest, and half a dozen guys will appear!
This is not equality. But it is great for those of us who are superior men.

I do believe that that is the "master plan". Men have that aggressive, building, warlike, hunter and gathering mentality where as women have the nurturing, family-orientated mentality. They are ment to wash each other out.

Absolutely .....by the time they are in late teens early twenty's most mental capacity's are about the same ......

I don't think that "even out" is the correct terminology, but they are definitely complementary.
