I don't know what you like, but a pirate is really easy to throw together. Cut off some jeans or pants give a zig zag cut. Some ugly shirt or cute depending on what kind of pirate you want to be!! Make a patch for your eye......get a child's sword and you are good to go.
Had to do this once for my son in a time span of about 15 minutes. He loved it.

Wear a long Sleeve black dress ( Velvet if possible ), Black eye shadow and Maroon/Crimson red lipstick, Darker shade of Powder blush along your cheekbones only....
and there you have it Elvira or Mortisha ( that depends on the hairdo....
for Elvira use loads of hairspray... Think Fran Dreschers Nanny Fine...BIG HAIR. or Straight flat for mortisha look )

Lumberjack! Flannel shirt (red is best), Jeans, high wool socks with a stripe, boots, suspenders, and a flapcap. toy axe, unless you have a REALLY cool boss who will let you bring a real one!

be a serial killer ------- take an previous shirt and glue cereal packing bins to it then stab t he packing bins and placed some faux blood on them and purchase somewhat faux knife(u can locate them at a greenback tree) and your a "cereal killer
