Nothing you can do about age, hon, but you CAN start taking better care of your skin.
Clean it regularly, morning and night, with a gentle creamy cleanser, get regular facials from a trusted aesthetician, and use a small hand massager along your jawline to help firm up the tissues there (massage brings more blood to an area which helps cells to get more of the things they need - especially as we get older!).
Beyond that, your genes will determine a lot about when your skin starts to "dysfunction" so look at your older female relatives. If they started to age early, you probably will too. If you're really concerned by it, save the money for cosmetic surgery and consider a facelift. They aren't that expensive anymore, relatively speaking.

I've never personally tried it because I'm still in my '20s, but I had a college class with a 40-something woman a couple of years ago, and when I saw her a year later, she looked ten years younger. I asked her what she'd done, and she said she used a product called "Strivectin." I understand it's pretty expensive, but she really did look years younger.
