I would use Aquaphor, you can find it at your local walmart or store near the lotion section. It's the consistency of Neosporin, but it is great for many things, including dry skin, or sun-burnt lips!

buy a lip moisurizer...actually any skin moisureizer will do and keep applying a chap stick type product to keep them moist
