I'm learning my way around, however, I understand that the software will allow you to enter mistakes. If I knew some of the shortcuts, it would make the manual instructions, easier to follow.

I am not sure what you mean by it will allow you to enter mistakes. Of course you can enter anything you like, the program can't determine if something you enter is a mistake or not. However, to answer your question the best way to find the shortcuts is the help file both in the program and at the online site.

I agree with Serenity, also depending on which version you are using there is a navigator for each section that is very helpful.
