Just put an S on absence to make it plural - absences. I wonder if your question really should be "Do I put an apostrophe in?' No, not in this case as it is not possessive. Do you understand about the use of an apostrophe? Lots of people don't. They just stick an apostrophe before the letter S every time they write a plural ending in S.

It's an uncountable noun and has no plural form. Use it like "absence".
