Probably because they're foreign immigrants and don't understand our language. Therefore our Labour government rolls out the red carpet for them and they realise that they're better than us, making us their slaves paying for their DSS! Soon we will all be talking "Durka Durka" and wondering what "English" was!

One reason could be that the part of the brain involved with having excellent "human skills" (the ability to understand oneself, others, and people in general) is also the part of the brain involved with having good verbal skills. Compassion, empathy, and respect for others are included in the "human skills". The ability to feel empathy is also associated with people of very high intelligence.
You may have some intelligent people who have "imperfections in emotional adjustedness" who give abusive answers, and you may have immature people who think such answers are funny.
I pretty much think the above probably accounts for most of the abusive answers/poor grammar usage thing.

The people who give abusive answers are probably the ones who think you're asking a stupid question. (Not you, by the way!). Some of the questions & answers on here are so badly spelt, they don't deserve to be given a second glance anyway!!!

Of course, their lack of education shows up in their grammar. They are not smart enough to think of anything rational to say, so they try to be clever, thereby betraying their ignorance

Generally, my grammar and spelling are good, thus disproving your statement, since I have on occasion given fairly abusive, yet grammatically correct, answers.
However, I expect you by now realise that you shouldn't generalise by saying "...all people..."

yes to both. Abusive answers take very little thinking about and therefore the people who spout that garbage make no effort to review, re-edit what they write. Simple - they don't think at all.

because anger is not controlled and then people are more likely to make mistakes, and of course low intelligence can cause anger and mistakes to.
