You must use each of the digits 1-9 only once in each space across in each row and in each space down in each column. Also you must use each of the digits 1-9 only once in each space in the 9 3x3 grids.
Some numbers are prefilled and therefore you can deduce what goes in many other squares. In the harder ones you finally get to a point where you have to guess and see where it leads you. When you get stuck you have to back out moves.

I have a lack of patience with things like that.
Look up Sudoku tips online, there are some out there, my daughter loves to do those.

Each row, column, and 9 square box (there will be 9 boxes with bold borders around them) should be filled with the numbers 1-9.

I have been doing them all day at work I started doing them for the first time this morning once u get it down its easy u can not repeat the numbers in any box or coulmns. kinda hard to explain but lots of fun once u get it down
