What would be the next most important illness that needed money and research?

Most cancers are curable, but the information is supressed.
The same type of cures could be applied to all diseases, because they realte to a whole-body process.
I think diabetes is the next most prevalent disease.

It's not real. Your body is not growing a tumor because it's not 'healthy', it's because of other things, genetics, your body... Cancer is not caused be some "oh no I ate too much chocolate cake" This is serious, not some diet thing. It is healthier, but it won't cure cancer, cancer is not cured by diets. Also, if they only stopped doing it because it was killing jobs, couldn't they just work at a Gerson factory? The only thing it might help with is colon cancer. Did you say chemicals? If its chemicals then why do other animals get cancer too, wildlife, free and chemical free also get cancer. Maybe cancer is just in curable and it's our apocalypse? I do know that the Gerson method is not real though..

Glad that most people accept that cancer is #1, but I think that curing all forms isn't too realistic for this lifetime. Next most important to cure, probably diabetes or CF.

If cancers were cured other illnesses probably would too by the nature of treatment.
How about mental health? That would be good

Definitely heart disease - huge killer in the UK, although a lot of this is down to lifestyle.

7 million Americans have heart disease and half a million Americans die EACH YEAR of heart disease.
So my money will definitely go to it
