Halloween pictures...?

I was thinking to buy a digital camera and that pic.printer that comes along with it to take people's pictures around halloween in the street. Then charge them for it. It this fine or against the law? Seems harmless to me and a good way to earn extra $.

I think that's a lovely idea since some people don't carry around their own cameras.

Yes this is perfectly illegal, but very rude. Their parents could take pictures themselves without paying.
