If your ever in Los Angeles, check out Katana's on Sunset.. They got a crunchy spicy tuna roll you would do back flips over.. Not to mention the Mojitos

I love one that is called a North Saginaw Roll at our local sushi place. It has shrimp tempura with fresh salmon & avocodo on the outside with hot sauce and mayo. The Spider roll is great though too.

I'm kinda boring, I like California rolls. But those crab rolls sound pretty tasty! I'm going to have to remember that next time.

I go to a place called Kokopelli's in Reno, they have 2 that i like to get together
the first one is called a Godzilla, Its a cooked tuna roll with a spicy sause
the second is called a philladelphia, it has raw salmon, cucumber and cream cheese.
These two really compliment each other.

We get something here called Firefly Maki, only one place has it though. It's amazing, tuna and salmon, with tempura flakes to make it a bit crunchy, and a hot sauce of some kind as well to give it some heat. Ummmmmm.

Considering all the sewage, chemicals, and nuclear waste that has gone into the ocean - and that we are warned not to even eat fish more than twice a month because of the heavy metals in it - I would not even eat anything raw from the ocean let alone have a favorite.
