No, it trips to a middle position. You need to push it all the way off and then back on.

Not with a fuse. When you blow that the fuse's link you see through the windows is melted (if it was an overload) or splattered (if it was a short circuit).
The circuit breakers are the ones you can look at and see their handles in the off position.

Yes and no. The circuit breaker internally disconnects but the switch that you see may appear not to have moved or it may have moved a little. To reset a breaker you will have to move the switch to the off position and then move it to the on position. Sometimes its difficult to see which breaker is off and you'll have to play with all of them. If this does happen you should start to mark the circuits (with a pen, pencil will rub off). It will make life easier later.

No, if you trip the circuit, the switch should go to the tripped position, usually in the middle.

If you are referring top a circuit breaker then no. It trips to just above the off position and must be flipped on to reset.

yup I certainly have perfect earlier ending my first marriage. I even had a chum that became attracted to assisting me. yet i became merely fairly starved for interest, puzzled approximately my existence and nicely somewhat curious. i did no longer decide to wind up hurting her in my puzzled state so i did no longer enable something to start. She became candy and if i became going to alter i might provide her a decision.
