about 3 hours, can be done quicker but got to be careful if you havent done it before.

I'm not an avid walker and the first time I walked up Ben Lomond it took roughly 2.5 to 3 hours. Enjoy!

car park-top of ben 1hour 50mins. top of ben back to car park 1 hour 20 mins. just watch it on the way back down as that's when most accidents happen. Worth investing in a pair of ski poles as they are great energy savers. also at this time of year a survival bag is worth the couple of quid you may pay and they weigh next to nothing
