My first piece of advice: ignore the people who are giving you a hard time for your english, I think that it's admirable that you've got the courage to ask such a question.

Secondly, it may be that your neighbor is simply trying to find someone to speak to about her marital problems. If you are worried that she's trying to cheat on her husband with you, you need to make the moral decision to either accept her advances or to tell her that you are uncomfortable with the situation and you would prefer if she didn't speak to you about things like that. If she doesn't take the hint, you should consider speaking to her husband about what she's saying to you if you trust him not to be abusive or hurtful towards her. If you're afraid for her safety should her behavior be made public, you may want to privately tell her that you aren't interested in her and that you want what's best for her -- recommend she seek help from a professional, and not a neighbor. This may upset you, but if you respect her husband like you say that you do, it's the best move for you to make.

Sounds like she is having some issues with her marriage and looking for an easy out and does not care who she going to hurt in the process. You. So you should tell her flat out and point blank if she needs a friend that fine but anything else is not prper and you dont want nothing to do with that. You need to set boundries up so you dont get invloved with this women and have her husband on your behind remember you are neighbors and you have to live there or find some place else to live if anything happens are you ready to do that Good Luck

You sound way too immature to be hooking up with a 25 year old married woman. From your question you sound like your 8.

this is a very dangerous liason and you could cause their marriage to rupture if you continue this behavior. If you are married and considering an affair you are an adulterer if you do it you are a cheater.

I'd keep my distance from her if I were you. It's definitely not appropriate for her to be complaining to you about her husband's sexual inadequacy.
