Well the judge threw it out and a court had ruled the law unconstitutional.
The nurse is sueing because she's a liberal looking for a free ride trying to win a lawsuit that is taking up the time of the court system that should be handeling real cases.
Typical Liberal crap. I'm not saying that she should not be pissed off about it, but taking it to court after her ticket was dismissed is childish.

I dont care if the woman wants to bash Bush. I do think that she should be fined for the filthy word that kids will read. The freedom of speach act is to liberal and some things should not be protected under it.

Political expression obviously is (except if you believe McCain-Feingold is constitutional).
Obviously an allegedly obscene anti-Bush message should be treated the same as an allegedly obscene anti-Democrat one.

The ** after the SH makes me believe that translates into one of those four letter words, which are routinely banned from license plates, why should they be allowed on any other form of expression.
