If you're just looking for shine and not color, Victoria Secret has many different flavors with alot of shine and its not gooey. I love them.

Victoria Secret Lipgloss last really long taste great for everyone and is clear and shiny....also smells great so everyone is pleased

Low end : Wet n Wild $1.50
they are both great products and the wet n wild one has almost the same ingredients!!!
