Can you find me a college that will except students that have not graduated yet?

Do you mean to attend before you graduate? If so, then most community colleges. If you mean accept you for admission, but you would start after you graduate - that would be all universities.

It's accept not except. I wouldn't worry about a college accepting me if I couldn't even use correct grammar.
