Ask the Post Office to send you new documents. I lost mine, too. They'll also tell you if you've won or not, & how to claim. Your winnings can ALWAYS be claimed, unlike Lottery where you only get 180 days. Try www.postoffice.co.uk for advice, or your local branch.

You can obtain a form from the Post Office to send to the Premium Bond Office. Give details of your holder number if possible, your name, your date of birth and your various addresses and they should be able to supply the details for you.

if you have your registered holder's number write to the Bonds and Stocks Office and they give you a full note of your holding.
