I was informed the scan showed up nothing except for a small cyst on my left ovary which was not a problem, this was strange as I usually have pain on the right hand side at that time of the month. I have been ttc since April with no luck. Could I have developed a problem since June last year with my ovaries?

No, if you really had a problem with your ovaries (in terms of cysts) you would know all about it!

It can take up to a year to conceive so try to relax and not worry about it. If come next April there's no sign of a littl'un on the way then you and your partner should ask your GP about fertility tests.

It is highly unlikely but see your Dr for a referral for an internal ultrsound if you have pain, unusual discharge or trouble conceiving
