I prefer MORPHEUS. If you want to download movies just type in TMD there the best. Also try yahoo music. thats just for listening though no downloading.

As for a software,Limewire is the best in my opinion

don't use any p2p software like limewire its full of spyware
winmx is quiet clean
make sure you run the following programs after
adware
spybot search and destroy
you will have fun seeing what they find on your pc
