i finished watching a 3 hour movie and i got so tired i fell asleep while the movie was still going. when i sit i always cross my legs, but this time i did the same, with the same leg left over right the whole time. i was sitting for around 7 straight hours, with my legs crossed. when i woke up i uncrossed my legs and i realized my top/left leg was completely asleep. since my leg fell asleep i cant move it at all and i am very scared. what should i do about my leg not moving? and also the only way i got to my computer was because it is in the same room as my T.V., i am thinking about calling 911 should i?

I noticed that you asked this same question three days ago. Infact just about every question you have asked on yahoo answers is about crossed legs. Do you have some weird fetish or something? Here's an idea. Stop making up bogus questions and wasting all of our time. Next time wrap your legs around your head. Maybe the lack of blood to your brain will help your current situation. In your case it couldn't hurt anything

If it was a very short time ago I would rub the leg to get the circulation going again.
If it has been more that an hour get some medical help.

The feeling should come back soon but you have put your leg completly to sleep move it by picking it up with your hands this will get the blood flowing. I know its scary, ive done it before to my legs and my arm once too!!

Try massaging the leg vigorously. If you don't have any feeling or capability of movement within a few minutes you might want to get someone to take you to the ER.

You already asked this exact same question 3 days ago! How long did it take you then to start walking again? So the same applies as 3 days ago.

call 911
sounds like you cut off the blood flow for a long time. i would not wait, people sometimes get blood clots in airplanes from sitting for a long period of time and when they get up the clot moves....possibly to the brain.
