To wear a bra or not wear a bra?
what about durring the day and at night?
is one better than the other?

I wear a bra but during the night i take it off because i have heard by many sources that sleeping with a bra on especially underwire it can hinder your blood circulation leading to and from your heart and have some effects in the long run

I always wear a bra during the day but prefer to go without at night. In addition to all the usual reasons -- support, comfort, protection, decency -- I wear bras for the very simple reason that they are a symbols of womanhood.

You have to wear a bra during the day. It is not recomended to sleep in a bra. Any bra the right size is the best one for you.

Yes to wear a bra durning the day at night no bra when I go to bed. I can't stand to see women not wearing a bra and there headlights sticking out.

I'm naturally on the well endowed side (but not so much that I need a reduction), so I have to wear a bra, or it's obvious that I'm not. I do not sleep in a bra, no way...too uncomfy. Brassiers weren't meant to sleep in or to be worn all day long.

yes i wear a bra during the day, but not at night...id prefer not wearing one at all because i like the "freedom" but for more perky boobs, i wear bras

i wear a bra in the day because it gives them the right shape
and in the night i dont because it is more comfortable

During the day I wear one with an underwire. At night I wear a soft one with no under wire. During the day definatley wear one. It looks really nasty when someone doesnt. At night thats your choice and if you want to i would suggest one with out an underwire its much more comfortable.

I say wear one, because to me, I am uncomfortable without one during the day. I do not wear one when I go to sleep.
