i have a pain in the middle of my foot it hurts when i walk and if i poke the middle bone it really really hurts. do anybody know what it could be please

There are many answers, for one, it could be a fracture of the metatarsel, sorry about the spelling, I aint a doctor, it could be a simple bruise of the bone, you should consult your doctor either way as soon as possible, it's better to get it checked early incase it becomes worse. best of luck.

is the pain on the bottom or top of the foot, that could make the difference in the diagnosis. it could be saddle bone deformity or metatarsalgia, why don't you check out this website that is very helpful and informative regarding foot conditions. use the source as direct link and good luck!

It could be any number of things. I have a deformity of the feet, and need to control the pain on a daily basis.
If you foot continues to hurt, swells or gets worse, then you should consult your doctor.

I get that same feeling sometimes. For me, it's my foot cramping up. I wrap it in the heating pad and drink something high in potassium to loosen it back up. If you're not showing a bruise, it's probably a cramp or a muscle strain.

Could be a hairline fracture of a metatarsal. You need to go the docs to be sure. i had one and it only hurt to put weight on. I was encouraged to walk on it. It swelled up loads but didn't bruise. it was very painful!!

it clearly seems that your heel bone is growing a spore. you'll need a small surgery to file it down. if not it just keeps getting worse.

Could be a veruca, or fracture, I've had both !!!
the pain you describe was similar...
