The world has been active for billions of years - its just we haven't been around that long!
We're not smart enough to last till the end of the planet; so we won't see it happen. As far as I can remember, from a gloomy teacher at school,, the Sun will turn into a red giant and consume the planet.

First, the world at best is only 10,000 years old at least 6000.
The Bible says that when the time comes the Christians will be raptured, 7 years of tribulation will occur. Jesus will return and the old heaven and earth will be destroyed and a new heaven and earth established.

The world may well stay active for a long time to come in one form or another...its us that will not be around for the same length

What did you want to happen??....reproduction but no-one dies??...unfortunately the world has a limited capacity

Hopefully we will all be dead before this happens and it will happens but not in a few lifetimes to come yet, and as for how we will die? who knows?, no-one can ever tell you that, you life will be mapped out from the moment you were born until the moment of your death, hopefully in your case it will be when you are old and in bed asleep. I guess that what we all would like to go.

I don't know about how the rest of you guys are gonna die. As for me: it'll surely be my wife's cooking.
Anyhoo if we don't blow it up ourselves, the world will end when the sun becomes a red giant and engulfs the whole planetary system in one big ball of fire.

The world might already be millions of years old so it may may be ready to die. And we will die by old age, cancer, bad health or murdered.

because this is the billionth and billionth year. You will die in your sleep, reincarnate and you wont know the difference. Except somewhere on your body you will have one more mole or freckle.
