Both of these above answers are correct. Look at the top area of your Yahoo! Beta Mail Account main window and you will find a link which says "switch back". If you change your mind again you can re-enable the BETA version. So, it is not an all or nothing proposition. If you decide you do like the BETA you can easily get it back.

Persoanally I really like the BETA version over the older version. I like how it works like Outlook or Outlook Express. Hotmails newest version Windows Live Mail, is simular to Outlook now too, and I have accounts on all of those. I use Outlook for my most personal mail while using the web based mail when I travel and for business. This way the mail is stored on the server and not my hard drive taking up room. I really like the new tabbed mail and the easy drag and drop of messages into folders. Easy to search out older mail, plus we have 2 gigs of storage, way better than the other way smaller limits on storage. Plus, I have all those disposable addresses so I don't have to give out my main address when signing up at web sites. Keeps spam down to about zero.

there is an icon on yahoo beta that says switch back. I think that's the icon that leads you to regular yahoo mail.
