i doubt it mate we the english have a bad reputation that we dont really deserve yes you do get a couple of idiots but 99% of us will welcome you.

If you go to an Arsenal match and cheer for Tottenham - yes.

However, if you go as a regular supporter of the team you should be fine. Don't call it "soccer" though.

I'm American and went to a United match and no one even knew the difference.

Actually, Arsenal's new stadium is notorious for being one of the least noisy and atmospheric in English football, and even Arsenal fans admit it goes a little quiet at times...perhaps they've just got too used to winning all the time!
