You will need a DVD rom to play movies.. Some of the cheaper computers only have a CD drive which sometimes includes a writer too. But you cannot watch movies with a CD drive... If you have a DVD drive then you can use Media player to watch the movies...

Open your CD ROM drive drawer, put DVD in. Go to Windows Explorer (unless an automatic window pops up to give you options of what you want to do with the DVD) and My Computer then Drive letter (*Probably E or F letter) and double click. It will play.

hey man ,you need dvd player for that,bcz the media is difft from cd,after that you can use any softwar like win dvd ,or power dvd,even windows media player lates version can play it correctly

Place dvd in your drive and go. You should down load vlc media player also, it's free

you cant, unfortunaltly. Unless you buy a certain program.
If you want, you can google for a "DVD PLAYER PROGRAM" to use.

just pop it in, it will ask you what media to use and you can
select anything thats says some thing like
DVD in it
