The Newark Bay Bridge (officially the Vincent R. Casciano Memorial Bridge) is a steel cantilever bridge spanning Newark Bay and connecting the cities of Newark and Bayonne in New Jersey. It was completed April 4, 1956 as part of the New Jersey Turnpike's Newark Bay Extension.

The bridge, which carries Interstate 78, provides access from the New Jersey Turnpike main line at Interchange 14 to Lower Manhattan in New York City via the Holland Tunnel. It also connects the Turnpike to Bayonne, Jersey City, and Hoboken.

The main span is 1,270 feet, with a 135-foot clearance of over water to allow marine access to Port Newark. The Newark Bay Bridge is similar in length and design to the Francis Scott Key Bridge at Baltimore's Outer Harbor.

The current (2005) cash toll for cars is 80 cents, which covers Interchanges 14 through 14A. This isn't a toll on the bridge itself but rather the toll for driving on the New Jersey Turnpike
