Go to the website of the network the show is on. Some of them are available to view online. Or just Google the name of the show; it may have its own website. Here is ABC's website, for example

What show for ABC shows you can go to ABC.com thats the only one I know

which tv show . if u want to see something from abc go to abc.com
if u want to see disney shows go to disneychannel.com
