You can go to www.geocities.com and set up a free website. I have one for my girls there and it has lots of space and is very easy to use.

At photobucket.com you can't design a web page but you can make like an album thing of all your digital pictures. It is pretty cool.

geocities.com, y7ou have to be a member ofe yahoo.com, but go to geocities and click on websites, then pagebuilder if you want something custom, that's what I did for free.
