It's a serie that's on the channel FOX and I'm not sure if who's the main character: Dana Scully or Fox Mulder.

They were both the main characters until Mulder left then Scully was more of a main character.

Depends: Fox Mulder was the one given the assignment of the X Files. Dana Scully was written in to help and give an objective opinion for Mr Mulder in his findings.
However, as a fan I consider the both as the main character. Yet when you get to further seasons Fox Mulder was off the show for a season while Dana Scully remained.

They are both the main characters.
Towards the end of the series, Dana comes out more, after Mulder is kidnapped and disappears. But in the early and middle episodes, they are both the main characters.
