I've not come across this before. I assume you're referring to "Release, Release" (enough controllers)? Well I don't see what that's got to do with prostitutes!
Which song on Drama is it?

They were high class prostitutes who did anything for Â£100 but on the remix double b side 12" picture disc they are posing naked in the background if you look real hard and squint!!!
