No. It will never be released to the public. Stop looking for it.

No, but there are some pretty funny fakes floating around out there, and even one that seems like the real deal then turns into one of those scary face/scream pranks. Trust me, that tape will never see the light of day; his widow and the guy who filmed it have seen to that....unfortunately. But hey, you can still get the Bud Dwyer suicide and all the Iraqi decapitations over at Ogrish.com.

Not yet but I am pretty sure if you wait about 2-3 months it will somehow end up on you tube or some other site. Unfortunatly there are scum bags out there that would exploit the family instead of just leaving it at that.

i don't think so i tried to look for it on limewire and Morpheus but no luck.
but i i think the other answers are correct that the family doesn't want to show it.
