You weren't feeling mad, happy, or sad. Nothing to make you cry, but you just started to cry?
Any idea why?

Yes, it's because of supression. You at a distant time in your past felt like crying because you felt pain. However at that time you told yourself you couldn't because men don't cry or because you felt embarassed to cry. And so you suppress that feeling of wanting to cry for whatever reason it is. And now it seems as though out of nowhere you are crying when in actuality you are crying tears of the past. It's okay to cry and let it out because it's healthier for you than to bottle it up inside.

Need proof? Just think of old ladies who's loved ones have passed away. They feel so heartbroken and sometimes they try to act strong but deep down they don't feel that way. And usaully within a year, they die because they have suppressed their feelings instead of letting it go. A bit dramatic but you get the point.

Today, as a matter of fact, and for about the last 2 weeks. But I blame the weather, it is really dreary at this time of year.

Peace.

That use to happen all the time to a girl I used to talk to. She said she didn't know why she was crying, yet she took depression medication. Maybe you shold visit the doctor.

Ya definately, sometimes your emotions just get a little haywire, and that can make you cry for no reason. That also happens when you are pregnant.
