If Bush were President of Iraq, he wouldn't have had the bility to finance the invasion of the US. And Iraq would not have recently been the target of a terrorist attack.

But you make a good point. Many countries now fear the US is a country that could "bomb them back to the Stone Age" if angered. After all, we are the ONLY country that has ever attacked another with a nuclear bomb.

That the US has had WMD for over 50 years and not used them seems to be lost on them.
