I hope they stop this hypocrisy -- this pandering to the religious right.

Sick irony,huh???!!
People do not suddenly "choose" to be gay.Who does that?
Anybody I've ever met who is gay knows that is right-wing propaganda meant to harm people.

How do you define gay-bashing? Saying the courts shouldn't impose same-sex marriage? Or, outing folks, like you are doing?
PS If the standard is outing - by internet rumor or otherwise - those politicians who oppose same-sex marriage, then Hillary Clinton is in big trouble.
What's the point anyway? That politicians are hypocrites? Bill Clinton said he favored anti-harrasment laws and women's rights, but he didn't personally follow that example. Does that mean the laws should be repealed, including the rape laws he supported?
And yes, I think liberals do gay-bash and make racist comments, all under some guise of ratting out Uncle Toms, etc. It's disgusting.
I won't assume it's YOUR party, as you have assumed for me.
Have a nice day.

Was Clintons signing of the Protection of Marriage Act also gay bashing? John Kerry doesn't believe in gay marriage. Is he a gay basher as well? Hillary Clinton? Which democrats are actually on record as supporting gay marriage? Come on.

We dont gay bash. There is nothing wrong with choosing to be gay. We just dont think that they should be allowed to be married. Weather they are Republican or Democrat. Stop trying to tell us what we believe in.
