I have a problem with a problem with a photo studio where i purshased something and they wont give it2 me help

ok I live in kc , mo as u all may know i;m having my quince party in a couple of days i went to romance studio and took some pictures in the studio becasue i needed that package for my invitations *( for the picture ) and i paid off some off the debt well i paid off the pictures i took and still owe them the video and pictures for that day but they still have no t took the video becuse the party is next month but i wiil pay them i mean i owed the 3.000 $ i paid 2.000 this includes to packages for before and after the quinceanera the other is the video ok to the point i am asking for the package i already paid for ! for the last month and they wont give it to me ! what do i do i am afraid they will do the same thing with the video and pictures i'll take next month but the thing is i already paid for it ! and if i back out the keep the 600 dollar deposit what do i do ?????

First of all you need to use punctuation because trying to make sense of your situation was painful. Second, if basically you are saying they won't give you pictures because you haven't paid in full, I'm not surprised. Regardless of what you have or have not paid, many businesses will not give you part of your order until it is all paid off. They have you on file for a certain event and certain costs and time is involved. They don't know if you will take what you have now and say forget it to complete the time involved. If you want what is there, pay it all...

take a deep breathe and relaxed tell them you elready paid the money and see they are going to say and if they say they can't help you go and tell the manger and see what he say good luck
