Have you ran out of fuel recently? Have you replaced injectors or the fuel filter recently?
If any of the above --- you'll need to prime your fuel system and get the air out of it before it will work again.
While having somebody crank the motor over, crack the nut loose on the injectors (one at a time, I usually start at the front of the motor). You should see the fuel coming out (may take a few times of cranking the motor) and air bubbles coming through the fuel. Once the air bubbles stop or slow considerably, tighten it down while you are still turning over the motor and move on to the next one in line and repeat the process. You may need to hook up a battery charger to help you to keep turning it over. Eventually, you'll get all (or at least enough) of the air out and it should start up.
Note -- Don't continuously crank your motor or you'll burn your starter --- do not turn it over any longer than 30 seconds at a time.

If you have recently changed a part or disrupted the fuel flow in any way, it will be neccessary to rebleed each line separately and thouroughly.
