Depending on the overall condition of your engine--30 miles a day is not that much at all. I have a Toyota that has 240,000 miles on it and drive almost 100 miles a day and like a maniac at that--so as long as you keep check on oil level and general maint. --30 miles a day shouldn't be too much of a burden for your Isuzu.

This is not any problem if you change the oil at a regular bases, and service all the serviceable points. Most vehicles will last for well over 200,000 mile, That is if you keep up with the maintenance.

no..not at all.. seems about the average use nowadays
But yeah I was doing 50+ miles a day on a truck with 200k miles on it until recently (when I sold the truck)
But the cake is a guy I met who did estimates for a living... roughly a oil change every week and a half for a year (at 3k intervals).... meaning 125k miles a year roughly.. and that's on cars that he bought with 100k on them!

nup,its normal as much you driving it carefully and take care for it's lubricant oil,by the way i drove isuzu SUV for one year i found it a perfect car.

gawd, i hope not! I have 130,000 on mine and drive at least 40 miles aday, and thats just to work and back

No, that's pretty normal. I did further distances everyday in my 267,000 mile car.
