OK Here's what you do.
First of all, study this page and look at and understand everything about diabetes.
We are going to cure him, right.
http://www.drhuldaclark.org/ailments_Diabetes.asp
You will See that the first thing you need is a zapper. These cost $150, so are too expensive for you (and me).
I use a simple 9 volt radio battery. (about $4 maybe).
sit down with the battery on the table. Wet the fore finger on each hand.
Now, place one forefinger on the smaller terminal.
Then, tap the other finger as fast as is comfortable on the other terminal. Do this for three minutes (or while you count to 180).
Then, take a break for twenty minutes, and then repeat the exercise. Then another 20 minute break, and repeat a third time.
Do this every day.
This is the same as using a zapper, and is almost as effective, but you must keep repeating daily.
So, now we've got rid of the fluke which caused the problem.
We now have to take care of the diet too.
But the good news here is that we cut out the expensive stuff.
We avoid meat, and anything that comes in a tin or a package. We eat as much fresh fruit as we can, and lots of green leaved-vegetables, some nuts and some seeds.
When we fell ready we flush out the pancreas, the liver and the kidneys. Details of how to do this are on Hulda Clark's web page. It can all be done with very little money.
Maybe some of the ingredients aren't available or are too expensive, but don't worry if you miss them out.
There are several flushes and cleanses which cost next to nothing - just search around on the web for each one.
Let me know how you get on, or if you need any more info.

I can only come up with a couple of ideas, but maybe one will help. The first is to contact the pharmaceutical company that makes the insulin and ask if they have a "compassionate use" program where he could get the insulin free or at little cost. The other would be to have him go to a county hospital, where they have to take him regardless of no insurance or ability to pay. Perhaps the social services department at the hospital will be able to hook him into a program whereby some or all of his medical needs can be met.
Good luck!

You cannot purchase insulin without a doctor's order. Even if the drug company would give it to you free, which they will do if your income is low enough, you still need a doctor to order it.
I cannot imaging being refused SSI or medicaid if he is disabled. Perhaps he could find another doctor, a cheaper doctor. Good Luck

I don't know what state you live in but I live in MI. I'm diabetic and cant work because and the state welfare takes care of me getting insulin. If not call the maker of the insulin they should help out. Find out what kind he takes If it's the same as mine I'll give him some.

The county where he lives should have a health department and if they do not then there is likely one somewhere close by, perhaps the next county......they will be able to help him there, either by providing the care he needs or directing him to a place that can. Please help him get the help he needs!!
