She not covering for Reid. Reid is in the Senate and Pelosi is in the House. However, as a Democratic leader Pelosi should ask the Senate Ethics Committee to look into the land swap deals.

How can a member of the House cover up the alleged crimes of a member of the Senate? 0_o
Could you be more specific about why you think Harry Reid should be in jail? Did he send salacious emails and IMs to a teenage Senate page? No? Then I guess things could be worse. :P

They are in different houses of Congress. They do not police each other, the Senate and The House of Representatives. Harry Reid is not in jail because he did nothing wrong.

I just sent emails to Senate Ethics committee demanding an in-depth investigation into all of Reids financial dealings. The man is dirty through and through and needs to resign.
I also copied ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and MSNBC asking that they do an investigation since the senate is going to cover up for harry, and told them I want to see this on the news 24/7 since this is far worse than what foley did.
