1) Michael Jordan - No one can seriously debate this.
2) Bill Russel - 9 championships in 11 years. Or was it 11 in 13 years? I don't remember but either way its the most spectacular accomplishment in sports history
3) Magic Johnson - Will never be another player like him. Made it cool to pass the ball.
4) Larry Bird - He did almost everything better than everyone else, and did it while being white, slow and unable to jump high. Figure that one out.
5) Wilt Chamerlin - The most dominating for sure, but if he was playing today he'd only be fantastic instead of a legend.

MJ Is the best Overall player
Wilt was just the most dominate player of his time and revolutionized the position (and many women)
I would say Jerry West was the best pure point gaurd. The guy was a great shooter passer and just overall awsome. (hell thats him on the Logo)
I would have to Say Karreem Abdul Jabar was up there. No one else had the sky hook and no one else could compare to the talent he had
and lastly Magic. The guy was the ultimate player. Built like a SF put could handle the ball like a PG, and shoot like a SG. The guy was unstopable.

Very sorry to Larry Bird, Dr J, and Barkly and K Malone. They were awsome but I think these 5 revolutionized the sport.

Once he retires I would say Shaq and later on in his life if he keeps it up Labron may make his way in there
