I work with over 40 different secondary schools, I meet people every day and wonder why they are teachers!

Kids generally speak witha local accent, so as long as the teacher can be clearly understood, and the quality of the teaching can be guaranteed via teacher observations there should be no problems.

Not met a non native speak whom I thought about but did meet a Australian who I did wonder about.
